The room here had a super comfy, king-sized bed that I swear was the biggest one I've ever seen! 🛏️ It was also totally brand-new and had the best AC to keep it nice and cool.

the location was convenient, right next to the lake and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. My room was brand new and well-equipped, with a balcony and even some roses. The Palmy Hotel & Spa in Hanoi offers a fantastic location, being conveniently situated next to the lake and surrounded by various shops and restaurants. Thanks all for a BRILLIANT stay for a two-three day visit. The personnel was well-trained and incredibly helpful. The location was best possible and comfortable, close to a traditional water puppet theater. The property was set in a shopping area.

A thoroughly enjoyable way to end my trip. Nicely appointed small hotel, panoramic views of Hanoi old town. - Good hot and delicious breakfast with good choice of amazing foods. - Friendly, attentive, and hospitable property employees all round. - Incredible location, really close to Ngoc Son Temple.

The hotel was lovely and had well-trained and attentive staff who treated us with pleasant and phenomenal service. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we had amazing dishes. The location was comfortable, just a short walk away from a historically significant flag tower. You could walk to a shopping street and a night market.

The hotel serves delicious breakfasts catering to all tastes, including omelettes. the setting is amazing and lovely, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake in the Old Quarter. You can also easily access attractions like the Church, Market, Trang Tien Plaza, and all the Old Quarter highlights. there's a grand classical music hall around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel - worth checking out.
